When we collect and use your personal data, we ensure we keep it safe and will never sell it. Personal data you provide is processed lawfully and in a transparent manner. Where we use personal data we have collected from you while you have been using services of Yord, we do this in order to improve our services . We also do this in order to have a general overview of the category of users that are interested in our services, to service your account, manage complaints and resolve any disputes; to understand our customers including their patterns, behaviours as well as their likes and dislikes; to test and develop new products and services as well as improve existing ones.
Yord will process your personal data based on contractual obligations towards you, to comply with applicable laws and to pursue the legitimate interests of Yord. Whenever we rely on this lawful basis to process your data, we assess our business interests to make sure they do not override your rights. Additionally, in some cases you have the right to object to this processing.
What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit Yord, you may provide us with two types of information: personal information that you voluntarily disclose that is collected on an individual basis; and information collected automatically when you use Yord or the services available on Yord (collectively, the “Information” or “Data”).
What is Personal data?
Personal information is collected only when voluntarily offered and solely for purposes that are clearly identified on Yord. This information is collected when you:
- create or update an account with Yord (depending on your location and the services of Yord this can be your name, email address, telephone number, login name and password, mailing address, billing or banking details, state identification number, date of birth and photograph);
- request services via the app;
- contact the Yord, including support;
- contact with other Yord users through our services;
- participate in surveys conducted by the Yord on its behalf;
- activate functions that require access Yord to your address book or calendar.
About personal data we collect
Type of data we store: Registration details: everything that you provide us during the registration process (Name, Surname, Email, account login details, such as your username and the password that you have chosen); Referral program details: everything that you provide us from referral program (Number of participants in each line, Names, Surnames and Usernames of participants, Subscription’s statuses of participants etc.); User content: everything that you leaves on your profile: texts, codes, files, images, Social Networks, About, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship; Everything that in the public access: launched videos, watched videos, added to wishlist videos, ratings, comments etc.); Financial information: Requests on withdraw (transactions data), the sum of money on user’s balances, bank details, credit card details (four last numbers, expiring date of a card and type (Visa, MasterCard etc.). When you contact us or we contact you, we may collect: personal data you provide about yourself anytime you contact us about Yord services, including by phone, email or post or when you speak with us through social media. Type of data we do not store: full details about your credit card (full number, security code etc.).
What Information is Collected Automatically?
When you use Yord or services available on Yord, we automatically collect information from your devices. We collect the following information: Server Log Information: We collect server log information when you use Yord, which may include (but is not limited to) your login details, the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, your IP address, time spent at Yord and the websites and apps you visit just before and just after Yord. Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access Yord, including the hardware model, operating system and version, the web browser you use, and other device identifiers. Telemetry Information. If you use any of our open source software, we may collect bandwidth upload and download speeds, the amount of free and used storage space on your device and other statistics about your device. Usage Information. If you use Yord, we will collect metadata about the files you upload for storage and we will record instances in which you have used your private key to authenticate communications. Information about transactions. We collect information about transactions related to your use of the services Yord, including the type of the requested or provided services, the date and time of service, service charge and other transaction data. In addition, if someone will use your promotional code, your name will be associated with that user. Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use various technologies to collect information when you interact with Yord, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your device when you visit a website, which enable us to collect information about your device identifiers, IP address, web browsers used to access the Website, pages or features viewed, time spent on pages, mobile app performance and links clicked. Web beacons are graphic images that are placed on a website or in an email that is used to monitor the behaviour of the user visiting the website or sending the email. They are often used in combination with cookies.
How we do collect personal data?
We collect personal data directly from you: via enquiry, registration and claim forms; via feedback forms and forums; when you purchase any of our products or services; when you fill out a survey, or vote in a poll on our Yord; through quotes and application forms; via cookies; when you provide your details to us either online or offline. We also collect your personal data from a number of different sources including third parties who assist us in checking that we are permitted to make payments; and third parties such as companies who provide other services on Yord platform.

We will only use personal data for purposes of:
- providing, maintaining, delivering or improving Yord or the products or services provided through our Yord;

- analyzing and tracking data to determine the usefulness or popularity of certain content and to better understand the activity of Yord users;
- providing you with the information or products or services that you have requested;
- developing new products or services;
- sending you technical notices, support or administrative notifications;
- communicating with you about news, products, services, events and other information we think will be of interest to you;
- matching your Information with job vacancies to assist us in finding a position that is most suitable for you if you have contacted us about recruitment;

- linking, connecting or combining Information we collect from or about you with other Information.

You have the following rights in relation to our use of your personal information. Right to access your personal data You are entitled to a copy of the personal data we hold about you and certain details of how we use it. Right to correct personal data We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and complete. However, you can ask us to update or amend your data. Right to restrict use of your personal data You can request that we temporarily suspend the processing of your data. The right to erasure: You can request to delete your personal data where we no longer have a justifiable reason to continue to process your data. Right to restriction of processing: In certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal information, for example where you think that the personal information we hold about you may be inaccurate or where you think that we no longer need to process your personal information. - with third parties where aggregate Information is disclosed which cannot be reasonably be used to identify you.
Social Sharing Features
Yord may offer social sharing features, links to social media and other integrated tools. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your contacts or the public, depending on the settings you use with the entity that provides the social sharing feature or social media. How long we use personal data?

We know how important it is to protect and manage your personal data. We apply physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personal data; We only authorise access to employees and trusted partners who need it to carry out their responsibilities; We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we carry out penetration testing to identify ways to further strengthen security; We will ask for proof of identity before we share your personal data with you. Whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, it is important that you keep your login details and devices protected from unauthorised access. The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by companies operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our service providers. If we do this we ensure that your privacy rights are respected in line with this Policy. We cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information that is beyond our control. Using Yord you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country. As a result, we do not assume any responsibility for the data you submit to or receive from us through the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information and we cannot and do not guarantee that information communicated by you to us or sent to you by us will be received or that it will not be altered before or after its transmission to us.
Storage and destruction of information
Yord keeps your information for as long as your account remains active, except when you request us to delete your information or account. In some cases, we may retain certain information about you in accordance with the requirements of the legislation or pursuing other goals described in this section, even if your account is deleted.
